Dr. Weiss is a clinician-scientist at the University at Buffalo and has over fifteen years of experience as an Adult-Geriatric Nurse Specialist, focusing on Behavioral Sleep Medicine and Circadian Rhythms.

She is originally from Brazil and is our guest today in this 2-part series on rest.
