Jon revitalized manufacturing plants across the world and was known for his ability to get various groups of people under the same goal to achieve remarkable results.

In this episode, Jon walks us through the VIP Way of leadership (being values driven, informing your employees through training and fueling passion). He also explains why setting clear expectations from the very beginning aids in the process.
